Rice says new US intelligence assessment does not mean Iran is no longer a threat

U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said Wednesday that the new U.S. intelligence review concluding Iran has stopped developing nuclear weapons did not mean that Washington no longer considered Tehran a threat.
