CRISIL keeps rating of Sarvottam Rolling Mills at BB-.

(ADPnews) - May 13, 2010 - Indian credit rating agency CRISIL kept yesterday at BB- with a "stable" outlook the rating on the long-term bank facilities of local metal bars maker Sarvottam Rolling Mills Pvt Ltd.

The rating continues to reflect the company's small scale of operations and below-average financial risk profile, and its exposure to intense competition and volatility in raw material prices. These weaknesses are partially offset by the benefits that it derives from its established position in the local thermo-mechanically treated (TMT) bars market, backed by the long-standing presence of its promoters in the industry.
